Shipping countries

We ship to Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Austria.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free to all the countries listed. There are no additional customs charges, as they are all within the European Union.

Delivery times

Delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch to all the countries listed.

Delivery times are estimates. In any case, we will deliver your order within a maximum of 30 calendar days from purchase; if this is not possible, you may cancel the order and we will refund the full amount.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Delivery issues

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, or does not arrive, write to us at hello@taptics.eu or on WhatsApp at +34 610 949 097, ideally with photos of the parcel. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can deal with the carrier quickly; this does not limit your withdrawal or warranty rights.

We bear the risk of loss or damage to the product until you receive it.
