This website sells NFC/QR plates for businesses and provides the associated redirection service and management dashboard. The purchase conditions are set out in the Terms of service, the Returns and warranty policy and the Shipping policy.

The owner is not liable for misuse of the website’s content by users, nor for the content of third-party websites linked from it. Nothing in this notice limits the rights granted to consumers by law.

The relationship between the owner and the user is governed by Spanish law. If the user is a consumer, the courts of their place of residence will have jurisdiction. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of Girona (Spain).
